Our commitment

The safety of children comes first in every decision we make, including who we approve and how lessons are arranged.

Tutor checks

Identity, DBS (at least basic) and qualification checks for every tutor before any match. Tutors with an enhanced DBS carry a badge on their profile.

Lesson arrangements

In-person lessons take place at the family home with an adult present, or in a public space. Online lessons use an approved platform; recording only with parent agreement.

Communication

Tutors communicate with parents and through the platform, not through students’ personal social media.

Raising a concern

Contact our designated safeguarding lead through the contact page. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.
