Review policy
How reviews are collected
- Only real lessons
- A review is accepted only if our records show the family completed lessons with that tutor through GradeHarbour.
- Consent first
- We ask separately whether a review may be published, and how you would like to be named (initials, or anonymous).
- Moderated, not edited
- We check reviews before publishing. We may remove personal details, but we do not rewrite what you said.
- Recorded details
- Each review is stored with the date, subject and tutor ID, so it can be traced and withdrawn if you ask.
- No invented results
- We do not publish grade improvements we cannot verify.
